It was terrific inside, and the fenced in backyard(reason we booked this VRBO) was exactly what our dog needed after hours in a car. We were only here for a night. 'Words cannot express how adorable, cozy and comfy this little cottage is. It was the perfect place to stay after driving down from NY to see my daughter and her fiancé who live in Searcy. We were able to host them for dinner and a bbq, hang out in the comfort of the house, or the back deck. We enjoyed slow quiet mornings on the deck with coffee and breakfast, while watching Bluejays and Cardinals fly from tree to tree. Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap.'

'This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

'We rented this unit for family members who were attending a wedding nearby. The location was ideal with many restaurants and grocery stores very close. Conveniently located to highways. Lots of linens available along with a washer and dryer. 2 full bathrooms which was helpful with so many people needing to get ready in a short time period. Lovely little lake at the rear of the property which provided lots of bird watching and patio seating to visit with family. Would stay here again.'
