'I like how clean the inside was and the smell of the air fresher on the inside. However I feel like I was cheated the AC did not work all 3 days the front desk was informed ask for a fan they did not have any did not offer to switch rooms out also we open the blinds and on the outside of the windows there was nothing to look at but green mildew windows. I took pictures but we had to open the door Saturday night to pull air that was really cold to come into our room.'

'De studio op de bovenste verdieping was oké. Allerhande voorzieningen, behalve de mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten. Tijdens de avond- en nachtelijk uren was er een gelukkig van een warm draaiende straaljager vervelend hoorbaar. Dat bleef vervelend aanwezig gedurende de hele nacht.'

'We love this place - have stayed here several times. The breakfast is awesome and so are the ladies that cook and serve it!
My only complaint this time - was I called after booking-3 months ahead- to make sure we had a downstairs room with 2 queen beds - and when we arrived at 1030pm I was told there were no downstairs rooms! After a couple of minutes-the staff somehow found a downstairs king room - and the next day we had to move all our belongings to the new room-with 2 queens- for the rest of...

'Stayed in Room 327. A Handicap room. When we turned on the shower, we found the shower curtain at least 5 inches above the floor. This created a very slippery, fall risk, as the floor in front of the shower was extremely wet. I told the desk clerk the next morning.
Not fixed on Thursday and I would not let my husband; who's handicap, take another shower. He did a "spit bath" from the sink.
Wonderful staff. Very disappointed in the handicap room safety.'

'Booked a room with a jetted tub. They first gave me a room with a shower. When I told them about my booking they moved me to another room which did NOT have a jetted tub. The room also smelled so badly of mold that it was hard to sleep. There was also pubic hair on the sheet and top blanket. We tried to stay away from the room as much as we could! Horrible experience !'
