As a foreigner we couldn´t use the app they suggested to use. When I asked at the reception, she just laughed and that was it. No help on getting something to drink :(

'Overall the hotel is clean and tidy. Is just the shower water heater is out. The hotel is near to housing so is quiet and relax. Hotel provided local breakfast 'nasi lemak' which is delicious we enjoyed the breakfast at open area next to the hotel. Great stay. '

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, infatti non essendo disponibile la nostra camera con finestra sul giardino, ci hanno fatto un upgrade con una camera suite molto spaziosa con letto molto comodo. Disponibile la colazione a un prezzo economico, ma che noi non avevamo. Unico piccolo neo, l’Hotel si trova su una strada trafficata, anche di domenica mattina, in quanto a Kota Bharu si lavora.'

'Het zwembad viel erg tegen, het ligt tussen de hoge gebouwen en hierdoor is er weinig zon en erg veel wind.
Het personeel hielp ons niet met de koffers toen we aankwamen. Op zich vinden wij dit niet erg, maar in elk ander hotel in Maleisië werd je wel geholpen.
Daarentegen was het personeel verder heel erg vriendelijk, zowel bij de receptie als in het restaurant.
Het eten is erg goed. Het is was duurder, maar de kwaliteit is wel goed. Wij zijn verder het hotel niet uit geweest omdat er weinig...

Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task.
Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back.
Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...
