Staff molto gentile e disponibile, infatti non essendo disponibile la nostra camera con finestra sul giardino, ci hanno fatto un upgrade con una camera suite molto spaziosa con letto molto comodo. 'Het zwembad viel erg tegen, het ligt tussen de hoge gebouwen en hierdoor is er weinig zon en erg veel wind.
Het personeel hielp ons niet met de koffers toen we aankwamen. Op zich vinden wij dit niet erg, maar in elk ander hotel in Maleisië werd je wel geholpen.
Daarentegen was het personeel verder heel erg vriendelijk, zowel bij de receptie als in het restaurant.

Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task.
Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back.
Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...

"De locatie van dit verblijf is ideaal. Vlakbij Long Beach en toch weg van het geluid van het strand. We hadden een kamer met fan. Daar moesten we even aan wennen, maar was uiteindelijk prima. We hebben het nooit te warm gehad. Het bed en de douche zijn eenvoudig, maar prima. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en als we vroegen om nieuw toiletpapier of een nieuwe handdoek, kregen we dat direct.
