'Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

'I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. 'The location of the apartment is in one of the more beautiful areas of Baltimore, and along with many of the other apartments and townhomes, has a very historic/antique feel to it. This little refurbished apartment was once a shop of some sort with the large bay windows and staging area for props or designs on display. This quaint studio dripped with old timey character and modern style. The area was neat and clean with minimal items to clutter and only essential items provided....
