'Room was okay. Tub didn’t drain efficiently so about five minutes into the shower we were standing in about 4 inches of water.'

'Glad you had a great stay! '

'Everything was fine. Staff were excellent. Only minor thing was the shower head was not great. Needs more water pressure or a new shower head. '

There is a very nice restaurant and bar in the hotel but there are also many options just a walk away. We were also provided with a pass to ride the public Roam transportation to various attractions and up and down the main street. 'Great place, good Amenities, convenient in town location. The daily coffee service and house keeping was great. I would recommend this place if you want to stay in town. '

'Accommodations were great and staff were prompt in providing additional blankets. Nice and close to Banff.Only minor gripe was the underground parking was full when we arrived and I had to park several streets over (which took time to find a spot). Not ideal after a flight to Calgary and a drive to Banff.'

'Great location, site staff and amenities. The decor could be a bit more up to date (eg wall paper peeling), but overall a great experience.'

'The host response fast.'
