'The staff as far as friendly were great. But for whatever reason every night you could hear them talking and yelling to each other even at 3 am. Its a pay by the hour place but was still decent. The only real issue was the noise ALL NIGHT LONG. '

'シャワールームも日本と変わりなし。(ユニットバスだけど)清潔感は文句なし。 expensive Hotelと現地民は言うけど、文句なしの星5だと思う。 無料のアクティビティも充実してる。 我々は、夜中2時便発の帰国で 最終日に宿を取らずだったけどチェックアウト後もシャワーやプールが使えるし 仮眠くらいならフロントで行けるし 最終日でよかったと思った。 ホテルのアクティビティ、ご飯は高い。普通に日本の高いホテルくらいの値段。 アクティビティは少し外出たら、安い店があったのでそこでパラセーリングやジェットをしたけど 楽なのは俄然ホテル。 シュノーケルとかは無料イベントがあり、高いけど結局アクティビティにお金かかるより、トータルコスパいいなって思った。 子連れ旅だったが、日本並みに安全に過ごせた！ またもし次セブきたら、泊まります！'

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin.
