'If you are driving a pickup truck stay somewhere else. The parking is the worst that I have ever seen. Very small and cramped spaces. I had to stop and back up just to get on to the ramp to go up additional floors. And then once I found a space it was very narrow and very short. It took an 18 point turn to get in to the space straight. Seriously, this parking is absolutely terrible. And after the first day (I stayed 2 nights) my parking garage credentials expired and it wouldn't let me in. So I...

'LOVED this hotel!! Staff was so helpful because we were traveling with a trailer because we were moving our girls to Boise. It’s Downtown so parking is very limited and impossible for a truck and trailer. They were happy to help us figure an alternate great option because their parking garage wasn’t able to accommodate us. Highly recommended staying in one of the rooms with a kitchen! We had a great experience! Thank you and will definitely will be back when we visit our girls!'

'They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....
