'We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all...

The surrounding gardens are gorgeous including many varieties of hostas and Japanese maples. The owner/host is most welcoming and helpful. We will return again in July!'

'Cute little historic house with driveway parking. Neighborhood felt safe and kinda funky/fun but quiet. Everything worked and was exactly as described / pictured. Hosts were helpful when we had a question but otherwise gave us privacy. Highly recommend!'

'This location is right next door to the entrance of the Biltmore Estate making ideal. Ruth Chris is next door and it’s a 10 minute drive to downtown where you can find something for every foodie’s delight. It’s incredibly quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. It’s a 30 minute drive to every type of waterfall hike you can choose. Excellent location for a couple to stay. '
