'Our issue was the AC unit worked intermittently when we got to the room late. Miserable night of sleep too hot. Notified the front desk next morning and they had us switch rooms nearby. AC worked good but was noticeably very loud. '

'The breakfast was ok, eggs were not very hot and the coffee did not taste the same on the second day. I can understand not fully cleaning the room two days in a row but there shunould have been hand soap in the room and towels should have been replenished on a daily basis. We like staying at Hampton Inns when we travel but this one needs more attention to detail.'

'This is the third Cambria location I’ve stayed at, and they’ve never disappointed! The hotel was nice, new, and clean. All of the staff was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Shuttle drivers Shannon and Roy were very nice! I was even able to reserve a ride to the airport about an hour in advance. Pickup from the airport upon arrival was quick too, but it depends on your terminal. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again!'

'Booked a suite thinking it would be an upgrade. Boy was I wrong! The room was dark, dreary and roach infested. Light bulbs were missing, as were a room iron and toiletries in the bathroom. Asked front desk clerk for an iron and he brought me a dirty, nasty iron that should have been thrown out. I pointedly asked him for one that wasn’t dirty and nasty. A couple hrs later a clean one was brought to the room. Took a photo of the roach that was climbing on the wall. Not to be outdone, another one...

I could constantly hear water running through the pipes, especially when the room above flushed the bathroom. On top of that, you could clearly hear people walking around on the upper floor. The noise was so disruptive that I woke up several times during the night. Unfortunately, this made for a very uncomfortable stay. I expected a...
