'The property was located next to subway stations, food, and groceries. We had to ask for the door codes the day of check in even though we were supposed to receive them after 11 AM. The property was listed as brand new and clean but there were crumbs left on the floor and the eating utensils had residual food on them. We needed to wash them before using.'

'This apt worked out well for us - a family of 6 adults. One couple slept in a pull out bed in the common space, sharing a bath with another couple on the main level. Some complaints about the constant traffic noises on 62nd just outside the windows. Apt is at sidewalk level. 'It’s going to be very difficult (or expensive) to find a stay that tops this place in Manhattan when traveling with family. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop was the perfect retreat at the end of the day. Communication was very quick and they answered all of my issues. 'What an amazing gem in the middle of New York City! Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, looked freshly renovated and was very clean! The owner even provided bottled water and coffee pods! And there's a washer and dryer IN the unit! The best part of my review, though, is that we left a set of AirPods when we checked out, and they went out of their way to mail them to us!!!!!!'

'I can't say this property was everything I hoped for because it was in fact VERY much more than I had hoped for. When visiting New York I generally stayed out of town maybe 30 or 40 miles away to be at an affordable property. In the future, all my stays will be at properties of this owner, in mid-town Manhattan because it was at least as affordable as the out of town properties and probably even moreso -- and the quality and available options were so much more superior.
