'Perfect location and such a wonderful resort to stay at. My room was larger than a normal hotel room plus I had two balconies with a beach view. Loved my stay here!'

'I understand that this is a very high end resort and spa, but the fact there we received no forewarning that more than half the resort was closed off for remodel made our stay less than desirable. Staff was helpful and friendly. But the available amenities were not accommodating for the amount of guests present. For the amount of money paid this was not worth the cost.'

'This is what I message your worker willow down below. But nothing was done after my messages. A few issues with our room. We've found 3 bugs in here earlier upon walking in. My son was stuck up on the ropes course. The metal part was stuck right before he was about to zip line which got me really nervous. So I told him he needed to come down. I took a video of this if you need to review. This is our first time here celebrating my son 8th birthday. I've tried calling front desk but one person...
