'Hotel was conveniently located to shopping, eating and APU. Hotel staff was friendly and kept the hotel clean. Breakfast was simple (pastries, eggs, omelets, sausage and cereals/yogurts) but well done and fresh. Easily 5 stars everywhere.'

'We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good).'

'Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first.'

'The staff were extremely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. They welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They also allowed us to check in a little early and one staff rode the elevator up with us to show us how to get to the room. Quite refreshing for us who are in our senior years and have not adapted so well to today's ever changing technology. I wll highly recommend to all my friends and family members!'

'Enjoy my stay'

'The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that.'

'Don't go by the room descriptions and definitely not by the pictures. You walk into the room and you are in the bathroom. Turn right and the toilet is leaking water all over the floor. Jump in the shower and it drains so slow that the tub starts to fill up. Towels are scratchy. The bed was comfortable. However, it is displayed as Queen beds. Nope - they are double beds. When I went down and said something to the staff - I got the reply that they are double queens. Really??? Did not try the...

'The staff was amazing. I’ve been in 5 star hotels before and I never felt as welcomed. If I’m ever back there I’ll definitely stay there.'

'Eenvoudig maar prima hotel om een paar nachten te verblijven. De kamers zijn schoon, het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar voldoende. Er is een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. In de buurt zijn ruim voldoende eetgelegenheden en het hotel ligt centraal ten opzichte van de autowegen.'

'I had stink bugs in my room for 3 days. One landed in my bed. It was a shady location kind of hidden from the main road & shady characters to boot. The ice machine was broken and there was no coffee maker. The shower curtain didn't cover the tub, and therefore water got all over the floor.'
