'The place was amazing. The food was delicious. We had 5 girls and booked a suite for 5. But it was in fact 2 separate rooms no connecting rooms like we were told. One room the beds were not double beds they were more like twin beds.'

Staff was very helpful and polite, food was excellent, super clean property. Recommend the ATV/Camel combo tour. The beach is very accessible and very wide and long. Great for walks. Swimming is not allowed. The current is to strong, but you can go to Cabo or other places and snorkel/swim there. Have fun Oliver'

'Una decepcion, reservamos en este hotel porque las fotografias mostraban camastros y palapas en la playa, cosa que no fue cierta, hay muy poco camastros en las albercas apenas alcanzamos unos, pero para tratar de remediarlo tuvimos que pagar por las "Baly Beds" y todo iba bien, hasta que vimos la alberca que cada vez se ponia mas sucia, estaba super sucia, de hecho la tuvieron que cerrar para darle mantenimiento porque ya no solo estaba verde, estaba enlamada y deemasiado sucia, nosotros ya...

'From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!'
