Location is just perfect for all our excursions. The place is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated with fully stocked kitchen items. In apt washer/dryer was just what we needed. "My mom and I booked with Ewa and we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. We had a quiet and visually peaceful place to sleep at night with how sparsely populated this area is. Ewa was welcoming and prompt with responses to questions. The area is full of beautiful trails and beaches nearby and it's easy to access the main roads in Point Reyes from this VRBO (it was one of the main reasons we booked this location.) "In a quiet neighborhood with lots of nice little restaurants nearby in Point Richmond. The bathroom is great. It was well worth it for us."

"This property met our needs. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dog and everything we needed to do was conveniently located. It was a quick weekend so we didn’t have a lot of time to just hang out in the cottage. Our overall impression with it was kind of cute and funky, but could have been a little cleaner."

"This is a small apartment with everything anyone could want in a charming package. It is set in a lovely garden that the gracious host encourages her guests to enjoy. There is a kitchen, a good shower, a desk, comfortable chairs for relaxing and, very important, a good bed. I’m looking forward to my return."

"Great space! The layout was open with lots of room to hang out. Well equipped kitchen and comfy sofa in great room. Bathroom was roomy and shower had rainfall feature. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back! Overall cleanliness was outstanding. We give 4 stars because trash was found in a nightstand drawer and bathroom floor; refrigerator had someone's drinks, goodies, and lunch left from previous stay."

"We had a lovely stay in the studio. It is well appointed and an excellent location for hiking trails and many restaurants in Larkspur. Allison was very quick to respond to a problem with the shower and got it fixed ASAP. We hope to return when the weather is nicer to enjoy the lovely garden."

"This condo is a great location and up to date and very nicely appointed. Sits above Cochon Tasting Bar which was a great spot to enjoy a tasting. One block to the Sonoma Square which has lots of restaurants, shops and tasting venues. Hosts offered great recommendations and easy communication. We would definitely stay here again as perfect clean and cheery location."

Description almost 100% accurate, has a NEW full size stacked washer/dryer IN the unit, when we booked, it was noted as a shared washer & dryer. After staying 2 days in San Fran/Union Square at a hotel, this location was ideal for us as we did day trips to Muir Woods & Point Reyes National and scenic drives on the PCH; we also hiked Samuel P Taylor Park, just 20 min away. "Beautiful newly remodeled 2/1. Perfect for my husband, myself and my son who stayed in the upstairs bedroom. We loved that we could literally walk around the corner to a local breakfast/ bakery in the mornings! Right in downtown Napa! Would definitely recommend and stay again!"
