'This 1 BR Apt. in the heart of downtown Detroit was perfect. It is a gorgeous, renovated mansion that is completely dog-friendly. Donovan is the perfect host. He was super easy to communicate with and even worked with me to change my reservation when I accidentally booked the wrong room. The area is being gentrified, so there are some vacant buildings among newer builds but it is quiet, safe and easy to access. The apartment is nicer than some boutique hotels I've stayed in.
