'Anyone booking this unit needs to know a few things: Although it was modernized, it is not a great long term stay option. (12 nights)We had to ask for the check in info 3 times before we got a canned response with the codes. It also had a few requirements (where trash goes).We arrived and used the toilet once and found it backed up, there was no plunger available. 'Beautiful place! Great location too! We 3 middle aged women walked everywhere or took the Q line downtown. The Midtown location has a great variety of restaurants and night spots. The host is lightning quick with communication and very gracious. Other tenants in the building are friendly and welcoming too. Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!'

'The entire process was easy and smooth, as the host is extremely responsive. Once the unit was cleaned and available, I was given the door access codes and even a map of where to park. The location is great for doing things downtown, as it was a six minute drive to Little Caesars Arena. Very quiet, comfortable and cozy stay!'

It is in a basement, so that’s the likely reason. The host graciously provided a dehumidifier and an air purifier to help with that issue.
