Sfeervol, goed en service gericht hotel
De ontvangst door de medewerker was top! Informatie over het hotel en omgeving erg goed. In gaan op de interesse van de reiziger. Hotelkamers en gangen wat verouderd maar wel erg schoon. Ondanks de drukte in het hotel geen geluidsoverlast. Bedden zacht, maar goed. Ontbijt uitgebreid en goed en weer persoonlijke service. Leuke omgeving.

Thin walls window. You can hear the music from the club across the street at night and when people are talking in the parking lot outside your window you can hear everything. Old hallway and stairs and lobby and parking lot . Old and outdated.

The hotel is close to many places a visitor might be interested in. Most features in the room were OK but my bed was sagging badly in the middle and was uncomfortable - a prime consideration.. The room needs a refresh - it looks tired and much used.

The Comfort Inn property is good. However In front of the hotel main entrance there is another property driveway not well maintained and muddy that gives bad appearance and smell to the surrounding. I understand this is out of control of the Comfort Inn.

Your staff was very helpful to us. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Our breakfast was delicious, cheese 0melettes and French toast. When we did not feel like going out to eat after a long day, we went to the front desk to ask if this was a hotel that had cookies for guests and they put out delicious chocolate chip cookies which was just the lift we needed. Our stay here made my husband's hospital visits much less stressful. Thanks.

I always come to this hotel because the beds are soft, theres a coffee maker in the room, lots of clean towels but mostly, the breakfast is the best. We travel in the States and in Ontario all the time, and this hotel has the best sausages ever.

Près de l’Aréna CAA, plusieurs offres de restauration à distance de marche, chambre équipé d’un réfrigérateur et d’un micro-ondes. Hôtel un peu vieillot avec des climatiseurs/chauffage âgés. Les chambres ne sont pas toutes rénovées au même niveau.
