'Not being a dog owner all floors and furniture need a good vacuum and every room need a good dusting snd removal of cobwebs. Bar stools were soiled and need a good clean. Dining table and counter tops we had had to clean. In addition we had a 8 month old baby with us and were relunctant to let her crawl. The front verandah and windows could have had a good clean. So not sure why we are charged cleaning fees??'

'Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around). Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster.'

'Excellent staff across all areas, bathroom a bit dates, shower rose not very adjustable or useful, dated shower over bath and awkward to get in, great breakfast, in fact the best breakfast on any of my stays only downfall is you have to pay for coffee after expensive breakfast charge'

'Towels old , housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful, reception mostly not very helpful I was twice referred to brochures in the corner. 1 st check in day reception very helpful and polite. Wi fi etc was not used by me.'
