'Hotel New Grand is old school hospitality, where a guests is treated like a celebrity. They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '

'Gym was good. Pull up/chin up bar and kettle bells would have been nice.'

'Wonderful hotel that is located on the perfect spot for those guests who are embarking the cruise ship in the Yokohama port. The staff is very helpful and very courteous. The room is nice, spic and span clean, and full of amenities. It’s a short walk to the China town. The train station (nihon-odori) is right by the hotel which is very convenient. We have a very good stay there even for just one night.'

'It was great. I took the smoking room which came with Mount Fuji views. Thank you to all the staff members. It is clear that they make this hotel great 👍'

'It is a bit dated but ok breakfast is good and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood'
