'The check-in experience was horrible. Long queue as a consequence. We provide all our details in advance but during arrival we again have to fill in everything on paper. Twice as we had 2 rooms. Also we had to pay a deposit for the room in advance should we break anything. Don’t treat people as criminals pls.'
