'We stay here for a night every July. This time were not informed that the indoor water park was under renovations until 2 days prior to check in. I was annoyed, as this is something the kids really look forward to, I sent an email stating such and Alexandra emailed me right away apologizing and extended free breakfast for our family. She also texted me to make sure check in went well and asked if there was anything else we wanted. I am amazed at the service this resort offers, you feel like VIP...

'Great alternative to staying directly in Canmore or Banff, with it being very close. The kitchen and spacious rooms were perfect for our specific needs and desire to cook meals. The supplies are okay in the kitchen, and we were able to manage. The coffee shop next door is excellent quality. It was a peaceful and private environment. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and the staff was very helpful. '

'Good hotel, clean, food was great. Large group stayed one night as it was close to Golf ourselves and rates were reasonable. Would return no problem. Not much to do around the hotel itself as just off the highway…tons to do if going into Kananaskis or Canmore. '
