'This far exceeded our expectations. I gave a 2 on the description of the property only because there are a few things I felt could be better explained. For example, there is heat (not just the wood burning stove). There are no electrical outlets, but charging device stations are available. There are also no garbage bags/cans inside. '

'All staff super courteous, welcoming and helpful. I felt concerned when, within a couple days of our arrival, I noticed our assigned unit had been changed to a unit that had not been updated. I was relieved that although the unit may not have been as updated as the one originally assigned, it still suited our needs and was comfortable for our party. The underground parking was great and we enjoyed our accommodation, the peaceful surroundings, and short drive to Canmore.'
