What we liked other than location: open and airy, lots of natural light, uncluttered, comfortable space to relax, full kitchen (stocked with basics), keurig, hot water kettle, good TV programming, access to thermostat, clean and crisp finishings. What was odd but 100% acceptable - no window coverings in common spaces particularly in kitchen that has windows across from bathroom.We come to Danville several times a year and...

'Hidden gem! SUPER CLEAN! Very cool the way the owners have renovated this 185 year old building from a general store to a comfortable place to get some R&R. I really appreciate the warning about the stairs leading to the rooms. Having mobility issues and booking homes can be aggravating, you spend hours research your trip ( where to stay, eat, mode of transport, activities , etc ) only to find out that the property is difficult to manage moving about the rooms. '
