'Good price, several issues. No water from 9:00am to 4:30pm. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty upon arrival. Phone in the room was dead so no way to call the front desk. Hotel front desk phone must have also been dead. We were unable to call the hotel to check the status of the water disconnect while away on the full day of our stay. Air conditioning was erratic. It did not appear that the room had been dusted prior to arrival. The furniture was very dusty.'

'If your booking through Expedia. Call ahead to learn how to sign in to your room. Its All ONLINE. There's nothing mentioned on the Expedia site about this. You can catch the site manager to get signed in. There are NO WHEELCHAIR accessible rooms. We had to build a small ramp to get ours inside. Rooms are very nice and the AC is cold. Ask how to adjust it because there is no control in the room. Now that we know the layout we will be visiting again. We will bring our own ramps next time.'
