'Key wouldn’t open first room—2 attempts. New room—TV didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work. Charging ports didn’t work. Wall paper thin—could hear loud neighbors at 3 am. '

'Good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Looked like hotel was understaffed, which seemed to create some stress with some of the staff. Not that they were not friendly, but sometimes they seemed distracted.'

'The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. '

'Great room, great location! Our room was quiet. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!'

'Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Front desk person was very rude.. room was clean but outdated.. had to hit the fuse for just about every outlet in the room for lights and tv to work. My room was downgraded upon arrival which wasn’t a problem but they insisted that they can not change the price of the room… so I paid for a suite room for a base room. Terrible service overall. '

'This hotel was filthy. I had to change my room twice. First room 129, filthy sheets and bedding. Second room 112, smelled like dog urine. A dog chewed up some items in the room and there was dog hair all over. The pull out mattress had what looked like droppings and stains. The third room was much better. They advertised the indoor pool as heated but it was FREEZING! Not only the pool water but the room itself. The staff checked it for me and the temp was around 71/72. They apologized and...

'No hot water and not super friendly when i inquired about it. I chimmed in when a staff member was commenting on the complaints of no hot water anf oyher things so i thought i should just let thrm know i was one as well. Other then that it was fine'
