'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

There were little cosmetic things that needed attention, but nothing that hindered having an enjoyable stay.'

'The staff was amazing and a very clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing 0.5 miles from Birkdale Village with lots of shopping, restaurants, and live music. It is also a mile from Lake Norman and 10 minutes from the Huntersville Aquatic Center. Great hotel and a great location! There is a pool but no hot tub.'
