'Room provided lacked expected comforts. Air conditioning did not work sufficiently. Woke up first night sweating. Even after tech looked at it the room never got cooler that 25C and ran continuously. If hotel is going to advertise air conditioning it better get room temperature down to 20C if desired! Bathroom smelled like urine if you left door shut and shower walls had mold in the grout. Coffee provided in the room was "instant". Didn't expect that in Italy. Options for onsite...

'Just back from one night in Naples. This hotel id perfectly situated close to the train station, the Circumvesuviana train line, the Alibus to the airport. The hotel is very clean. 'There were a lot of problems with our room (we had toch switch three times) and even in the last room we had problems witch airconditioning, which you need in summertime in Naples trust me, the hairdryer did not work, the breakfast wasn’t really good and the douche wasn’t getting properly hot. Also one of the receptionist wasn’t even speaking English, like what are you doing as a receptionist then? The positive side was that the other receptionists, cleaners and staff were super friendly, nice...

'Bellisimo and Fantastico! I loved Casa Dolce Casa. It is a bit away from mainstream Ravello Square, but this is part of its charm. Antonella was most accommodating in helping to arrange for taxis and answer any questions. Great care is taken in every aspect of the guest experience. My in-room breakfast on the balcony was such a treat. The freshly baked cornettos were awesome. '
