'We had a nice stay! I would say for how much we spent I was surprised at how dingy some things were. Also for $300 a night I’d expect better than one-ply toilet paper. The staff were great and the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic! We were supposed to receive champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room when we arrived however they weren’t in our room when we got there. 'Very clean and friendly staff'

'I liked the loacation and the attentiveness of the staff. Unfortunately the temperature of the room didn't go below 77 degrees due to a faulty thermostat. So we notified the front desk who offered us another room at 2.00 AM. The new room had working airconditioning but it took about 1.5 hours to get cool. We had busy schedule the next day which started at 6.00 AM. Needless to say that we didn't have the most energy during the day and a long flight back home. The management should have a...

'Very good Hotel and very central.'

'I loved the hotel!!! The staff were super friendly. We even used the pool during our stay. The only negative I would have to say about the hotel is that they take forever releasing your funds for the hotel incidentals. I checked out Sunday morning, September 6th and it is now coming up at the end of Wednesday, September 9th. I'm sure you could tell my hotel room was perfect when I checked out and nothing was charged to my room.'

'After a long hot concert came back to the hotel and no hot water so I had to go to bed nasty and the next morning still no hot water and all the could offer me was a 30% off my next stay guess what I’m never staying there so I ended up with nothing'

'No ac on a 100 degree day and they offered to remove the charge for valet parking. The ac worked when we went to bed. It would have been nice to been compensated for more than parking.'
