'Everything was as expected at the property as far as staff and how they took care of our needs. We coudn't ask for better staff people. Only one thing that needs to be addressed and that is the elevator not working. It was not working back in April when I stayed here, it looks like either they don't want to spend the money to repair it or else they just don't care.
