'The breakfast wait times are ridiculous, one member of staff on duty and waiting 55 minutes to get a cup of coffee and place our order is not acceptable, we raised a concern with reception on day one regarding this but nothing improved during our stay, coffee refills were impossible to get, we had to wait for cutlery so long the food went cold'

'Met the new manager he was amazing. Overall it was run down. EVERYTHING was run down and has been better days. We couldn't change the TV channel hot tub didnt work pool was closed (booked it for hot tub and pool) most of the lights in room didnt work but it served it's purpose a place to sleep while in the area. Beds were nice clean and fresh. The manager just started and has plans to turn it around and I hope he does overall its a beautiful place just run down. But had I known the status and...
