But i gotta say it was a total 180 friendly staff the 2 guys at the desk were very welcoming, decent mattress and clean room. For the price in a metro city definitely a good deal.'

'We love this hotel and will stay every time we need to be in the Cleveland area. The location is amazing and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. The staff always make you feel comfortable and always ready for a friendly chat. My kids loved the huge swimming pool and the fitness center was very well stocked. 'The location is really great. Needed to be at Huntington Bank Field and this was short drive away. It took us about 10 minutes. The hotel is beautiful, very large with an indoor pool, fitness center and even an attached restaurant. Our room was clean and very spacious with a nice sitting area. The staff were super helpful and polite. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. '

'After a long drive, the Kimpton Schofield was a welcome sight. We opted for the overnight valet parking, and it was a worthwhile expense. The valet staff was helpful and made the check-in process smooth. We used the drink tickets we received at the hotel's restaurant, Betts. The food was surprisingly good, and the live music and bar with sports on were a nice bonus after staying at some less-than-stellar places off the highway. 'Broken hot tub things floating in it. Check in has a line all day and night took 35mins. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location close to Outback , Dennys and some lizard bar fanatastic'

'I loved the place, but didnt get to stay. There was an accident thst cayse an outage and no a/c in the rooms. Befire i arrived darnell had already called, left a detailed message and offered to refund or take a look at the room to see if it was still ok...my cjoice no pressure. I chise to move on, but i really want to go back and try again soon. It was a lovely place. Darnell also greeted me when i checked ut. With a great smile and super attitude given the circumstances.
