'The only problem is when we took grab, the driver dropped us at the front entrance of the building and the security guard can’t help us to tell where we can talk to the receptionist. We didn’t know that the entrance is across the street by the mall. It is much better if they will put sign at the main building to give instructions to all guests how to get in the building.'

'Close to shops and heritage street (10 min walk). One of the concierges, Sejun, helped us very good with information and transport. '

'Everything is great! especially the front desk Ms Kathrine. The only downside was one of the lift is not functioning leading to a long wait for the lift. Can see they are putting in efforts to improve the breakfast with teh terik and juicing station. '

'Holiday Villa Johor Bahru was situated at a good location, whereby just across the street is the KSL mall and also along the road there are a few eateries and massage shops throughout the day🙂🙂🙂. Room and facilities at the hotel are spacious and clean. Not to forget to the housekeeper who clean the Room 1228 for the period 27th July to 28th July 2025. Thank you for all the staffs who make the stay here a pleasant trip😘😘😘. We will be coming back here again whenever we coming in to Johor....

'Super lots of food options by foot!!!! Bed comfort & amenities can further enhance, no 'DND' signage provide. Hence daily cleaning was done & needed to request for 02 half size towels, which was originally placed in the room upon checking in. '

'Net degelijk hotel, moeilijk per taxi te bereiken, zeer dicht in de buurt van een grote mall, en zeer dicht in de buurt van het centraal station, hetgeen ook de bijbehorende nadelen met zich mee brengt. Als je naar Singapore wilt is dit een ideaal hotel.'

'Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Kamer moet wel gerenoveerd worden. Personeel was aardig.'

'Nooit meer! Slechte locatie...je bent verplicht alles met de taxi te doen..tenzij je midden in een sloppenwijk wilt lopen...veel te gevaarlijk!! Ontbijt ok...maar dat is ook alles!'

'Recent geopend hotel. Erg mooi, goed verzorgde kamers met goede badkamer en bedden. Ziet er allemaal zeer verzorgd uit. Goede ontvangst bij de receptie. Mooie 'rooftop' swimmingpool. Kleine fitnessruimte. Bar/restaurant ook op hoge verdieping, leuk voor het uitzicht. Wij waren er op zaterdag en toen veranderde 's avonds het zwembad in een uitgaansgedeelte, zag er erg gezellig uit. Geen overlast van. Hotel is aan drukke weg gelegen maar daar merk je niets van. 'The room is equipped with an alkaline water drinking machine, a real effort to reduce plastic bottles in the room. The breakfast was great, hotel location is vclise to city centre.'
