'Beautiful hotel close to the city of Arundel. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's plenty of options on the hotel ground itself to entertain you including a golf course. Currently a part of the hotel is in repairs so make sure you check on the status of it before you go.'

'We booked b&b but with checking at 5 and checkout at 10am we had no alternative but to but 2 day passes for the spa at a cost of 140 onto of 246 for the b&b . The weather was great which meant the outside facilities came into play. The restaurant food was average I had the ragu tagliatelle which would have benefited from salt and pepper. My partner had steak with a peppercorn sauce which again had no flavour and finally deconstructed cheesecake with burnt honeycombe with was awful'

'The room was really hot as there is no A/C and the window only opened about 2 inches. However, there was a fan in the wardrobe. Sadly, though, the fan operated on a two hour timer, so I was up every two hours or so turning it back on. Not conducive to a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable enough, though I don't like feather pillows. The shower curtain in installed too far into the bath and constantly sticks to you. Annoying! I didn't use the WiFi, and the TV was fine. The water...

'Once probably a very poice hotel. Now without proper maintanance overpriced and very noisy. We had a good room, premium, although the fridge in the room was taken out, light in the bathroom didn’t function. Breakfast was very poor, very basic with almost nothing to choose from. Spa was ok.'

'Leuke traditionele pub in prachtig stadje. Wij zaten in de kleine kamer, vooraf bekend bij boeken dus geen probleem. Echter, toen wij de kamen binnenkwamen stonk het er enorm naar frituurvet en gebraden vlees lucht. Het raam stond open en daar onder was de keuken met afzuiginstallatie. Deze maakte ook veel herrie. Door het geluid en de vieze lucht kon het raam dus niet open en was het in de kleine kamer erg benauwd. Ook het bed was erg klein, wij als stel met gemiddelde lengte pasten er amper...

'I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2.'
