'Hotel is typical Sheraton so no complaints. However, had to wait more than 1.5 hours for room service order which was then brought up in 3 sub deliveries. Not very helpful switchboard staff to provide solution or updates.'

'This is a basic, no frills hotel which it does really well. Set in an authentic row of shops with traditional food nearby. Perfect to lay your head down after a busy day in the city. If you want swimming pools and gyms, this isn’t for you. If you want affordable and simple safe place to sleep with good air on, go for it.'

'They provided a baby cot just as expected. It would be nice if all the websites listed this availability though. They provided plenty of waterbottles for our stay, especially since I needed a lot for breastfeeding. Breakfast was ample and delicious. They allowed us to go back and forth for second breakfast during the hours. Using the phone line was a bit confusing though. Very comfortable bedding'

'Helpful and friendly staff, everyone speaks good english which is very convenient, lots of good dining venues in an easy 5 minute walk, very clean in and around the hotel. Will be staying here when I come back to Malaysia in the future'
