'Het ontbijt is net als het hotel gedateerd. Het oogt mooi binnen en buiten, dat is oke, maa4 de kamer en het eten zijn niet uit deze tijd. De tijd staat er stil'

'Hotel was very central for shops restaurants pubs and beach . Parked the car in a car park not too far away which was free for people with disability badge . Breakfast was okay . Liked the cheap drinks in an afternoon. Nice view of the sea from bedroom , shame about the rubbish outside the window. Huge comfortable bed , the bathroom door kept sticking . Kettle and coffee machine supplied but there was no socket near them .'

'The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, tea & coffee making facilities were good, the check in staff were very helpful. The room needed a little TLC but was ok. The leisure centre was great, we used tbe gym, steam room, sauna, ice cave, jacuzzi and swimming pool everyday. We would return and stay again'

'Although dated and in need of modernisation, this place was clean with everything you need. Checking in and accessing the room key was quick and easy. The room was large, bathroom was clean, bedding was clean. Tv worked. plenty of hot water.'

'Just had two nights at the Boot and Bike. Got say it was amazing. All the staff were great from the cleaner's to reception to the restaurant. Breakfast was super. The dog friendliness was too the extreme in a good way to left for our cockapoo. We made use of the dog washing area after a day at the seaside. 'Amazing B&B with great views and brilliant team. The lounge is comfortable and the honesty bar is a really nice touch. Rooms are very well maintained and serviced each day. The welcome we received was extra warm and our children settled quickly. The breakfast selection was spot in, good range and quality. Short walk to the town and free parking outside. We will certainly use again.'

'My second stay in as many weeks. Room was a good size, bed was really comfortable. Greeted by a friendly bloke on reception who gave me my key. Good supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets in the room. Brilliant location for the cricket ground as well asbthebtown centre. All in all good, can't fault it with the competive prices'

'I visited here for 3 night with my grandson. The location, views, cleanliness, bedroom were excellent. Only criticism i have is that I'm 68 and our room was on the very top floor. Not the fault of anyone. I would live to stay here again.'
