'We had a great stay! The onsen experience and breakfast are amazing, and the the hotel provides all the details you can hope for. Because of the way the hotel is built, and the beautiful garden, it is a must-do especially during fall. We should have stayed longer!'

'Mooie en ruime kamers. Maar het hotel was extreem druk met wachttijden bij het diner in buffetvorm. Het Kaseiki diner was redelijk, maar niet fantastisch. De omgeving is mooi, maar alles is gericht op massatoerisme. Geen 5 sterren hotel, meer 3 sterren. Dan dus een hoge prijs voor het gebodene. De service is -zoals overal in Japan- wel 5 sterren.'

'御殿場、強羅からバスでホテルのすぐそはまで行くことが出来ました。外国からの大切な友人を連れて行きましたが、ゴージャスで滋味ゆたかな夕食、ボリュームも味も素晴らしく感激していました。近くにはススキの大平原と湿原が広がる自然豊かなところで美術館も複数あり、場所も最高でした。部屋に露天風呂があり、夜中や朝時間を気にせずゆっくり出来ました。フロントやレストランで働く外国人の若者たちも親切で素晴らしかったです。また来年、友人が来日したら泊まりたいと思っています。'

'A good place to stay and relax. Only down side is that there are some communication barriers since I don't speak Japanese and the staff doesn't really speak English, but they did try their best to communicate with you, things like prepared cards and using translation app on their cell phone.'

'Beautiful onsen, very hiddrn and quiet. Seems like an authentic Japan experience for foreign travelers. Wonderful private hot spring baths. Choice of western or Japanese slerping arrangements. Ie. Beds or futon mats on real tatami floors. The dinner and breakfast alone are worth the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially when navigating cultural differences. '

' オーシャンビュー8Fの部屋で、眺望も良く綺麗に清掃されていて広い部屋でした。 担々麺が夜食に食べられるのでしたが、ビュッフェでお腹一杯、次回来た時にはぜひいただきたいです。 熱海駅前の商店街散策は離れていて、バスの最終も間に合わず、行けなくて残念でした。 また、友人にもお勧め、リピートしたいホテルです'

'Excellent service, checking in was fast and friendly. The rooms are large and luxurious with a “Zen” feeling. Breakfast & dining were very good, We tried the onsen, it was outstanding, after this you really feel born again. But most important and probably the best reason to book this hotel is because of the staff, they gave us top service and were so kind and gave us the best tips for sightseeing '

'We nooked 3 rooms with private onsen for our family trip. The room was beautiful and relaxing. The bed and pillows were a bit hard for my taste, but we were so relaxed after the bath that we slept well. The included dinner was amazing with delicious, beautifully presented plates. The morning breakfast was buffet style with a variety of foods to choose. Many of the staff spoke English and they were all accommodating and friendly '
