'Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. This was a great place for us to spend our 5 nights in Kyoto as it was close/walking distance from Kyoto station and had more than enough space for our family of four. We were looking for something that had ensuite laundry and a kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals, and this location had both. To make it more convenient, it would have been nice if they had a few more items in the suite like a iron/ironing board, which is usually in hotel...

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'We rented the Junior Suite for a Family of 5, as is common in many parts of Asia, the room size was smaller when compared to Western hotel standards, but the layout was extremely efficient and well planned. The room included all the necessary amenities, made excellent use of space, and was comfortable, clean, and convenient. A great plus for traveling families is the In-Room washer/dryer. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great example of thoughtful hotel design in a compact space.'

"Het is een prachtig hotel! We zijn er 11 nachten geweest. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en schone pyjama. De kamer werd iedere dag schoongemaakt. Om de drie dagen schoon beddengoed maar als je eerder wilde kon je dat aangeven. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Je kon de hele dag koffie en thee pakken, gratis. Ook koel water om te drinken of mee te nemen voor onderweg. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de gym. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. De kamer was redelijk groot voor Japanse begrippen. Fijne bedden, wel een beetje hard. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen fatsoenlijke kast is om je kleren in te leggen of hangen. Maar verder een top hotel!"
