'We hadden tijdens onze reis op het Noordereiland van Nieuw Zeeland 2 nachten geboekt in een 2 kamer appartement bij Quest on Durham omdat we dan ruimte met een wasmachine en droger tot onze beschikking hadden. Volgens de accommodatie informatie en kamer informatie was er airconditioning wat bij 28 graden buiten temperatuur zeker van belang was, echter op de kamer aangekomen bleek ons appartement slechts 2 kleine ruitjes op de hoek te hebben en GEEN AIRCONDITIONING! Het was er om te smoren zo...

'The room was very clean and well-equipped but really could benefit from some refurbishment. The bed was comfortable and made up daily to a very high standard. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming and the cleaning staff were helpful and responsive. Overall, this is a very good place to stay. '
