'The room is clean and spacious but cold; I couldn't get the heating to work. The bathroom door didn't close. No bottle of water or tissues were provided. There was no small towel in the room (I got one when I asked). Breakfast is fine but limited. The staff is nice. All in all, it's a fine stay, but for a newer hotel, it could be better.'

However the room stank of cigarettes, the TV reception was poor, so unable to watch many channels and there was no water overnight in our room. 'The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...

'広さと清潔さは満足いくものでしたが、エレベーターがなく、大きな荷物の上げ下ろしがとても大変でした。また、扇風機が壊れていたり、冷蔵庫が途中から冷却せずに中のものがダメになったり、ゴミの捨て方を聞いてるのに返信遅かったりとトラブルが多かったです。バスタブの底が平じゃないので滑って転ぶと危ないと感じたのと排水が悪かったです。ゲストサービスは基本きちんと対応してくれましたが、迅速とは言い難かったことは残念です。'
