'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. 'Beautiful property. Easy walking distance to Broadmoor Arena, the movie theater, Target, and some restaurants. Right off the highway. My room had a few problems. The bathroom door needs to be planed, as it grazes the floor. Toilet sits a bit too low for me. The convenient side outlets on the little table between the beds did not work. Other than a few hiccups, it was a very nice hotel and most of what I expected from a Double Tree Hilton. Very clean and the lobby area was very classy....

'Room was clean. We were on the 3rd floor and it was very difficult to regulate the thermostat. Even though it was below freezing outside, the room was very warm. I had to get up several times to try to turn it down to a comfortable temp. It just kept going back to the same place. Make sure you know how to work the thermostat before going to bed. '
