Ontbijt wat standaard, had wat meer keuze verwacht. Ontbijt was op de verkeerde dag geboekt, had wat moeite om het dubbel betaalde bedrag terug te krijgen, maar is na 2 berichtjes gelukt. 'The hotel is perfectly located right in the city, surrounded by shops, short walk to salamanca markets, short walk to the harbour to catch the MONA ferry. The room was beautiful, buffet breakfast outstanding, and the staff were amazing! We found the check in person, and the young man running breakfast servicing particularly friendly and helpful! 10/10 stay, absolutely will be back!'

'Pay attention when using hotel parking. There is more than one "permit parking" area which is managed by the Council. I mistakenly parked in the wrong area and got a parking fine. Not the hotel's fault. The parking signs are ambiguous so look for specific sign that says "Permit parking - For hotel guests only".'

'First time visiting Hobart and the stay was amazing! Location and the view by the harbour was soo beautiful. All these cute cafes were 5-10mins walking distance. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. I would stay at this hotel again!'
