'The pool was out of order(not listed on the website), our first room the bed and headboard smelled like pee and there was no shower curtain, the 2nd room they switched us too you couldn't open the closet and we found hot pink underwear between the bed and nightstand. The elevator handles broke off, there were large garage bags left in the hallways overnight and pet food left in the hallways, the 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 1:30am and at no point could we find staff to tell us what was...

'Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water'

'They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay.'
