'Everything related to our stay here was great until I needed assistance with additional towels and toilet paper in our room and had to ask the gal working the front desk on the second night we were there. It was a Friday and her nametag said "Manager" which was alarming because she was extremely rude and condescending when I went up there with my 3 kids in tow. Her name is Tracy and again her nametag said "manager." When we walked away, I was visibly frustrated and my daughter noticed and spoke...

'Very nice overall. Beds were comfy, AC worked well, good water pressure for showers. If I am being nit-picky… the waffle syrup had no maple flavor at all. I don’t expect 100% Canadian maple syrup, but the syrup just tasted like corn syrup.'
