'The stay was pretty nice. The room was pretty nice but it was a bit warm and the thermostat was programmed and couldn’t be changed manually. The elevator in the west bldg was hot and the hallways were too hot. The parking was overly expensive. I believe when you’re paying for the hotel the parking should never be that expensive. We had reservations for one type of room ahead of time then got stuck with what they had left which was not fair either.'

'This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. When I looked this up prior to booking it just stated "parking available". I think it was like $26. You enter the hotel in the back as well by hitting the ring...

'This hotel was probably one of tbe absolute best Ive ever stayed in. The 530 "KickOff" was amazing and the room was clean. However what really put this place over the top was the staff. Ive never seen such friendly, kind, and caring people all in one place. We had such a wonderful stay!'

'I was just passing through for one night. I had the most comfortable mattress and fluffy white pillows and bedclothes to make my nights sleep restful. The Staff was so helpful with directions to nearby eateries and general information. I was so pleased that I booked the hotel for my trip back home.'

'Overall our stay was amazing! The only thing that was a little inconvenient is that the house keeper took our bar of hand soap our first night and never replaced it so we had to get our soap from the bathtub every time we had to wash our hands. They also didn’t replace some of the towels after they took them and the led light mirror was missing the cord. Front desk staff was super nice and friendly though! The bedroom we were giving was also very nice. We’d stay here again :)'

'This hotel was beautiful from the Grand Hall to the room we had, and everywhere in between. The historical architecture was amazing. You could probably pick apart some minor details because of age, but it was even better than we had anticipated, based on some of the reviews. Our air conditioning in the room didn’t cool as much as we would have liked, but other than that it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again. '
