'I liked there was several stores to shop and personal by the pool were greaty favorite restaurants was Mexico lindo and las Brisa’s the servers were wonderful the coral staff needs improvement and just wished there was food by the pool area instead of heading out towards the buffet or sports bar , if they could have fries , burgers , wings and nachos by the bar just snack also had a big group of us 29 guest I wish it was easier to book restaurants instead of having to walk to guest services...

'I made a reservation for Grand Bavaro but i had to do an upgrade to Bahia principe Luxury Esmeralda, I loved Esmeralda for being on the first line close to the beach, the things i did not like was the air conditioning not being on, on the buffet and restaurants, the buffet close to the beach did not have too many options to eat and the most of the staff was not helpful you had to ask to many times for water or drinks on the buffet.'

'Todo muy hermoso muy recomendado para familia con niños celebramos el cumpleaños de mi niña y unos de los acesores se llama Ruben Family nos ayudo cómo hacer todo ,el trato del personal excelente la comida mucha variedad ,el servicio de habitación todo el tiempo disponible pedíamos la leche a mis niñas en la noche y la mañana calentica,la habitación nos las limpiaban todos los días y nos cambiaban la toallas ,él area de juegos siempre había algo que hacer para los niños las muchachas muy atentas...

'Wij hebben een leuk vakantie gehad in dit hotel. Eten was echt niet goed en niet variërend. Wij hebben 3 a la carte restaurants bezocht waaronder “ star rock cafe, “ mexicano” en “ frans restaurant”, enkel mexicaans was goed. Zee was te veel, je kan er wel in zwemmen maar echt veel( dit verschilt van week tot week), echt geen variatie in het eten en weinig keuze voor een volboekt hotel. Probeer zeker het hotel daarnaast te boeken( ander werled) bavaro grand hotel !!! Leuk en vrolijk personeel,...

"Ligging is perfect, complex is omgeven door prachtige tuinen en strand is top. Voor een groot complex ook redelijk rustig ten opzichte van andere resorts die soms party hotels zijn. Alleen van 4 tot 6 uur staat de muziek wat harder bij het grote zwembad vanwege de animatieactiviteiten. Andere zwembad is altijd rustig. Ook veel faciliteiten in apart "family" gedeelte voor kinderen. Bungalows zijn lekker ruim en modern, voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Eten in buffet restaurants is van goede kwaliteit en gevarieerd. Nadeel is dat a la carte restaurants 24 uur vooraf gereserveerd moeten worden en dat er verkopers actief zijn voor holiday time sharing. Genoten van het verblijf. "
