'new rooms. can see they are updating so is a work in progress, but all kept clean and out of public areas. room was clean and air conditioning worked great. breakfast has a great selection of foods to eat at the table or take on the go.'

'We were very pleased with our room The only complaint we have is that this particular hotel did not have a Bellman luggage cart. They have airport luggage carts and they are not suited for hotel guests. If you are coming in to town for a wedding, funeral or special event you need a luggage cart with an appropriate garment bag hook and something bigger than an airport luggage rack. Please correct this. Only complaint we had but it really made entering and exiting the hotel difficult.'

'My room was not clean when I arrived. There were crumbs on the floor between the bed and the window. Additionally, the base on the floor lamp was coated in dust. When my room was cleaned on Day 2, the cleaning didn't make sense. The toilet seat was up indicating the toilet had been cleaned. However, the towels had not been removed, the bed was not made, and the garbage had not been made.'

'Stay here from time to time when visiting my USC student. Convenient location, on site parking, love having a drink downstairs at the bar and breakfast is good. Rooms are nice and clean. Outside traffic noise can be loud, but it’s the city. We always travel with a fan to drown out noise.'
