'The staff were great. You need a head manager presence. Someone who is large and in charge. Someone who can really train the staff and keep on top of the employees to make the service top notch. 'Everything was amazing, the staff, the rooms, comfy beds, beautiful designs, etc… when we arrived at 5 am, many hours before our check in time, the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful by giving us a room early since we were so tired and needed rest after our long travels. It’s a wonderful, luxurious hotel. Highly recommend! '

'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton. They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it.
