'Very clean hotel located directly across from tge St. Boniface hospital. Staff were very friendly. Our first room air conditioning did not work so after contacting the front desk they quickly sent someone to check. As it wasn’t able to be fixed they upgraded us to a different room which was more updated than our first. The furniture in both rooms could be updated as it was old but the rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. Location was perfect for us. '

'This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Very dirty. Carpet sticky. Bathroom filthy. Floors dirty. Ceiling falling in bathroom. Worn out beds. Shady characters everywhere. Did not feel safe. Place should be shutdown. This place should not be on your web site.'
