'Came in for 4 days for a little festival not too far from the hotel. Clean, quiet, and very friendly staff!'

'The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom has been completely redone. It could use an extra bed side table and a new lamp. They don't have an ice machine and unfortunately the pool wasn't open. But overall a good place to stay for the money. '

'Nice, clean place, looks recently renovated. They provided the basics, bathroom was clean, some small packets of shampoo and soap were available to use but i had brought my own toiletries. Check out was also delayed a bit, but the front desk lady was more than okay to give us some extra time to get our things. Overall for the price it's good value.'

'I stayed at the Charlotte for three weeks while in the area for work and it was the perfect crash pad. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen well equipped, the furniture comfortable, and the shower massive! The location was extremely convenient, with everything you could need walkable within a few blocks (lots of cute shops, delicious restaurants, bakeries, the art gallery, the museum, etc.). The host was very responsive and was able to work with me to move to another...

'This was a great little house to rent when coming to town to visit family. Great location on the edge of town with a huge lot. There was an assortment of games and books on the shelf that the kids enjoyed.'

'Spacious, clean, well maintained and conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood. Host us quick to respond and provides full information about property and access, amenities, etc.. The single bathroom may present some challenges for a large group although the benefits of the place overshadow that issue.'

'Home was very nice, though we spent very little time there with the exception of sleeping it was a quite nice spot to stay, quiet community, easy access into and out of. Masters bed left me and my partner a little sore but its the only complaint I could make since everything else was so nice.'

'Our stay was good, beds were comfortable, check in was easy, neighborhood was quite, the tenants down stairs were great, nice back yard, the owner responded quickly. Only couple things I would say is it could have been cleaned a better, barbeque was really dirty, could use more cutlery and dishes.'
