'The parking fee of $25 per day is excessive, in my opinion, as is the $25 "Destination Fee", plus the tax of $1.50 plus $3 for Destination Occupation Fee PER DAY, so adding it up, if you include parking, you're pay $29.50 extra EVERY DAY. You can recoup $25 by eating or drinking at the hotel. The food wasn't all that good, in my opinion. Some staff didn't seem very knowledgeable.'

'Location was great if you're visiting UMD. The room was clean, generously sized, modern, quiet, comfortable, and had excellent lighting features. My teenage son and I slept SO hard in the comfortable beds. We appreciated the separate toilet room and the use of a shower curtain rather than a glass shower enclosure because it allows one of us to enter the bathroom while the other is in the shower. Wished we had options to hang our bath towels to dry and reuse, but used the closet for this....

'The suite was clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. It was equipped with a large refrigerator, a small stove, and a microwave. However, the absence of basic kitchen utensils (such as cutlery and cookware) limited the usability of these amenities. Additionally, a $100 security deposit was required. Although this is outlined in the property’s policies, it is significantly higher than the industry norm (typically $15–$25). I recommend that guests verify the deposit amount prior to booking....

'we stayed here for 3 days to visit Washington. We were very satisfied, the parking, the pool, the spacious room, everything was fine. Also very easy to go from the hotel by bus to the College Park metro station, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. We drove by car to the P+R garage next to the station and paid only 5 dollars for the garage on Friday, in the weekend it is even free. Only the breakfast could be a bit more extensive. But I would definitely go here again.'
