'Good location and great breakfast'

'The entire bottom floor was under construction, there was nothing there, but a Front Desk. There was no knowledge that there would not be anything in the hotel. They allowed a bunch of young people to rent a room, someone in a room right next to ours got shot, we could have been killed. This is not a good hotel.'

'My dad and I, along with 7 other guests, waited several minutes in an empty lobby waiting to get checked in. Eventually, two staff members arrive. Instead of apologizing they argued that everyone was exaggerating their wait time. Very unfriendly and rude. The hallways and elevators smelled horribly. The towels were stained, the fridges were leaking orange goo, and the counters and furniture were cracked and peeking. The blinds were broken and missing chunks'

'The staff was friendly, and the room was surprisingly very clean. When we first entered the lobby, there was an unpleasant smell, which made me concerned about what the rest of the hotel would be like. However, our room smelled fresh and almost sterile, so I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. 'The hotel was safe and secure. There is a $15 fee for parking, FYI. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was lacking. Food fresh out of the kitchen was cold. Breakfast staff was fantastic though. Very kind.'

'It’s a beautiful hotel. It was very clean and the interior was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great brunch at the hotel before leaving. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Little Rock. I give it five stars.'

'Room was amazing. There was a kitchenette, a real closet with a safe and the sofa was an extremely comfy sectional. We were expecting the same old traditional motel room set up and instead we got a huge upgrade for the same price. They not only accept pets but expected us to have one with us like that's just what everyone does.'

'Was kinda dirty. The walls. The doors. The bathroom. The FLOORS. Phew. The room we were in had a smell and so did one of the mattresses. Breakfast was…not so great. Super dense and over cooked biscuits. If you want a cheap place to stay for a short amount of time, this isn’t a bad option. Better than a motel 6 or super 8. But don’t expect it to be great. 'They switched our room from a king to a room with 2 queen beds because of over booking (didnt tell us) even though i booked the room over a month in advance. Then when we get into the room and the mini fridge was leaking with towels inside and outside of the fridge. The room smelt very musty. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom and the beds were clean.'

'Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. The free shuttle service to Simmons Bank Arena for the concert we attended was smooth and easy. Beds were comfy. Our river view was nice. I wish we had had the convenience of a free breakfast and free parking but it is clearly noted before booking that both are available for an extra fee so I knew to be prepared beforehand. Will stay again!'
