'This property is situated in a beautiful marina with excellent facilities. Guests staying at the Lodge can also enjoy complimentary golf, which was a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi service was somewhat inconsistent.'

'The staff,( if you want to call them that)don't greet you when you walk in to register, I had to initiate the conversation. The elevator floor was filthy nasty and it creaked and groaned. We got off of the elevator on our floor and was greeted by Marijuana smoke and smell. I went back down to inform the front desk that someone was smoking in their non smoking hotel, she said that there wasn't much they could do about it except spray air fresher or smoke eliminator, I ask why they wouldn't...

'Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !'

'How in good conscience anyone would list this "floating oasis" as great or stunning is irreprehensibl Was no safe way of accessing the boat for five 65-68 yr. old women. No ramp to access. Needed to jump from a plastic two step stool onto a ledge and pull yourself up ladder to get on deck. If you would unfortunately slip or lose your grip you would be in the water. Received check-in instructions upon arrival. Which completely put a damper on our trip right from the get go. Instructions indicated...

'This was a terrific experience. The house boat was extremely clean and well taken care of. The host was proactive with terrific communication. She was upfront with the care and expectations of the stay. It was well stocked, perfect for cooking and enjoying the views from the boat. We are already looking at the available dates to return.'

'This was a lovely find and had more amenities than the pictures provided with seating for 8, an air fryer, and a Keurig. There was a full kitchen, so cooking was easy. The king bed was very comfortable. It is near the outlet malls and is in a great location. The owner is very nice and accommodating. '

Good location.Two small suggestions: It would have been nice to have had the porch light on when we arrived since it was a dark and rainy night.
