'Only complaint, the blackout drapes were almost two feet too short. I had to barricade the windows with couch cushions to block the lights entering at the floor level up to two feet high. It would’ve been nice to have a light switch to turn off lights on the terrace (never found one).
That issue aside, bed comfort was decent with a variety of pillows. Bathroom was clean, room was comfy, spacious, had a great view (paid extra for it) and the hire is in a convenient location - within walking...

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken.
I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2.
This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Pam & Kimberleigh made my visit exemplary as I felt like I was welcomed & treated like a VIP!! The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. Wish the jets in the jacuzzi were working though. Food was excellent too!'

'My wife and I along with our dog Milly were very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean. All the staff were super kind and very accommodating. The hotel with the amount of people who stayed on this very popular weekend it was surprisingly quiet. We had a late check out about 1040 and nobody bombarded us in the morning. It was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had. We will be back in the near future. It was also not a bad walk to the downtown area.'

'We loved our room and the property. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It did not look like the pictures and while a lot of fresh fruit there were no breakfast meat or egg option. . I was looking forward to the bagels and salmon shown in the picture. It would not deter us from coming back at all, will just be prepared next time to have other breakfast options. '
